OTS Plating & Tank Heater

Incoloy sheathed, loop from elements designed for immersion heating of liquids by hanging over the side of the open tanks

These elements are intended for the heating of mild alkaline solutions, detergent solutions, clean wash and rinse water particularly in plating shops.
Their simplicity, ease of installation and portability makes them attractive to all industries for heating of water or solutions not injurious to Incoloy 800

Features :

  • Incoloy 800 sheath material

  • Sheath watts density 62 kW/m² ( 40 W/in² )

  • Sheath diameter 11 mm ( 8 mm for 1000 W model )

  • Splash proof terminal boxes with 16 mm conduit entry

  • Thermostat, when fitted, are fully enclosed for protection by the splah proof terminal box

  • Standard thermostat adjustable range : 30 to 110°C , 250 V SPST
