2) Molybdenum Disilicide Heating Elements

Molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating element is a kind of electrical
heating element, made from MoSi2 as
the basic material. It is used in high temperature under oxidizing
atmosphere, it looks
like glass in its surface
and form a light SiO2 glass film which can protect the element to be
further oxidized. So this kind of element
has unique effect for resisting oxidization at high temperature.
It is used to the highest temperature up to 1800 deg. C during
oxidizing atmosphere. According to your request,
we can produce the products of pole "U", "W" and "U" or "W" right angle
shapes and etc.
For ordering , please advise us the following information :-
- the temperature range : either up to 1700 deg. C or 1800 deg. C
- the pole type
- Diameter of hot zone / cold zone. ( our standard are 3/6 mm, 4/9 mm,
6/12 mm, 9/18 mm, 12/24 mm )
- Hot zone & cold zone length ( mm)
- Shank Space between two branches : A
3) Silicon Carbide (SiC) Heating Elements

Silicon Carbide (SiC) heating elements
is a non-metal electric heating element made from SiC as its main raw
materials.
It has some specific properties, such as low expansion
coefficient, little deformation, stable chemical property, long service
life, easy installation and maintenance, etc.
Silicon Carbide (SiC) heating element is usually used in furnace which
temperature range from 600 to 1600 deg. C.
It can be directly used in
air enviroment without any protection atmosphere. SiC heating element
is extensively used
in the fields of metallurgy, ceramics, glass,
machinery, analysis test, semiconductor, science & research and so
on.
For ordering , please indicate the following :-
- Diameter . ( The standard diameter are as follows :- 8, 10, 12, 14,
16, 18, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 54 mm & etc )
- Hot Zone Length
- Cold Zone Length
